Dr. Aime Broyles
DIRECTOR
Dr. Aime Broyles attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. She participated in the six year combined dental program earning her Bachelor of Arts and doctorate at the same time. After receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in May of 1995 she was selected to complete a one year General Practice Residency program at the Colmery O’Neil VA Medical Center in Topeka, Kansas.
Working as a dental assistant while going through dental school gave Dr. Broyles unique perspective from both sides of the dental chair. Having practiced dentistry since 1995, Dr. Broyles loves her role as Co-Director of the Summit Dental Assisting Academy where she can help prepare young adults for rewarding careers in the dental profession.
Dr. Broyles wears many hats while still focusing most of her energy looking after the many wonderful patient relationships she has built in over 20 years of practice. She is eligible for licensure in Australia, having completed the rigorous task of testing for such by passing both written and clinical boards in Australia. Dr. Broyles is an examiner for the State of Missouri Dental Assisting Expanded Functions Examinations, she is a full time General Practice dentist and is a dental consultant performing claims review analysis. She stays current on new technologies and developments in the dental field while constantly expanding her knowledge base in order to better serve her patients. She is a member of the Fry Orthodontic Smiles For LIfe Board providing free orthodontic and dental services for those children in need. Aime is also embarking on a new adventure with her long time best friend, Dr. Erin Bromley. Opening a new office, Summit Integrative Dental, a practice dedicated to bridging the gap between medicine and dentistry.
Dr. Broyles is a member of the Missouri Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the American Association of Dental Consultants, the American Association of Oral Medicine, the International Association of Oral Medicine and Toxicology and the International Association of Mercury Safe Dentists.
Dr. Broyles lives in Olathe,KS and thoroughly enjoys spending as much time as possible with her two children. Aime loves gardening, decorating, cooking and is trying to master grilling without burning her house down.
Dr. Erin Bromley
DIRECTOR
Dr. Erin Bromley grew up in Pleasant Hill, MO and received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1995. Opening her own office in Lee’s Summit, MO in 1997, she has established one of the busiest and most respected practices in the Kansas City area. The rapport she established with each of her patients makes everyone feel well cared for. Many of her patients have been with her since her practice’s inception and they are devoted members of her dental family.
Working in many aspects of the medical and dental fields over the years has given her ability to pass along a wealth of experience and knowledge to her students at Summit Dental Assisting Academy. In particular, her work as a dental assistant for 15 years and as a dental assisting instructor paved her road to dental school and makes her an excellent source of inspiration for those aspiring for careers in dentistry.
With an eye toward advancements and medicine and dentistry, Dr. Bromley is constantly striving to expand her education and experience in an effort to better serve her patients and her community. She is a licensed dental consultant having completed her training and examinations in the area of dental consulting. In her over 20 years of clinical practice, Erin has inspired both patients and students to follow her example and pursue dental careers. She is currently joining her long time best friend, Dr. Aime Broyles, in their new office venture, Summit Integrative Dental. There she aims to bridge the gap between the medical and dental fields.
While spending a majority of her time taking care of her patients, Dr. Bromley is also the Dental Director for the Government Employees Health Association, Co-Director of Summit Dental Assisting Academy, an examiner for the Missouri Dental Association Expanded Function Dental Assistant credentialing examinations, a member of the Fry Orthodontics Smiles for Life program, a member of the American Dental Association, the Missouri Dental Association, and the Greater Kansas City Dental Society, the American Association of Dental Consultants, the American Association of Oral Medicine, the International Association of Oral Medicine and Toxicology, and a member of the International Association of Mercury Safe Dentists.
Dr. Bromley is the mother of four children. She enjoys decorating and spending time with her family.
Michele
INSTRUCTOR
Michele has been in the dental field for over 10 years.
She is a Certified Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and has a strong interest in teaching others what she has learned throughout her career. She is the course supervisor for SDAA and is largely responsible for the day to day operations. Michele is dual trained in assisting and dental office administrative functions and is an invaluable resource to both the school and it's students!
Jessica
FINANCE MANAGER
Jessica has worked in management in the dental field for over 20 years.
She is the Business Manager of our practice and Finance Manager of our school. She is committed to providing a great experience for each student!
